Hi, I’m Erica!

I’m a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) and parent coach who teaches parents how to change behavior using my experience and master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis.

I look at the relationship between a behavior and what causes it. For years I’ve worked with families in their homes teaching them how to reduce problematic behaviors and teach their children more positive ones. I teach parents and caregivers how improve their kids’ behavior in practical and proven ways for long lasting change. I want to help you end the fights and frustration and find your joy in parenting again.


As a mom of 2, I understand how hard parenting can be, and also the difficulty of trying to follow through with good intentions while being busy, exhausted, and “in the trenches”.

I’ve seen the changes that result from empowering parents with knowledge and confidence, and love giving parents the proven “how to” when it comes to creating systems to cut the chaos and improving behavior.

If I had to sum about my approach to helping parents with their kids’ behavior, it would be this: the best way to improve a child’s behavior is to strengthen good behavior by rewarding it, rather than punishing behavior.
